It chemically assists with piston ring sealing and features a low detergent level that allows the “fast burn” ZDDP additive to adhere directly to ferrous metal wear surfaces, offering maximum scuffing protection.

Driven BR30 is a break-in oil designed exclusively for engine break-in purposes. It does not meet any current API or OEM Engine Oil Specifications as it is formulated specifically to ensure proper surface mating and anti-wear protection during this critical period.

Proper Break-In Procedure

• Run the break-in oil for the first 30 minutes.
• Change the oil filter and replace with fresh break-in oil to flush out wear metals and assembly lubricants.
• Drive approximately 400 miles with the break-in oil.
• Change the filter again and replace the break-in oil with your usual Driven Racing Oil.
