Engineered by our in-house team, we designed a unique vacuum-actuated exhaust valve for durability and reliability. Unlike electronic valves, our pneumatic actuator minimizes the risk of failure, ensuring dependable operation. Choose between our Universal Key Fob Remote Switch (compatible with HomeLink buttons if equipped) or a Universal Rocker Switch for versatile placement.

Part Design

Material: T304 stainless steel construction for corrosion resistance and durability.
Installation: No welding required; installable in your driveway with basic tools (grinder, sawzall, or pipe cutter, along with standard sockets and wrenches).
Design: Compact design with excellent flow, minimizing space requirements and maintaining ground clearance (depending on installation placement).
Turn Down Tip: Provides a clean appearance, impressive sound, and directs exhaust soot toward the ground.
Activation: Vacuum-actuated, requiring only ~8in/Hg of post-throttle body intake manifold vacuum to open.

Installation and Support

Legal Note: Check local laws and regulations before purchasing, as this cutout is intended for off-road use only.
Vacuum Requirement: Requires a post-throttle body intake manifold vacuum source. Tapping into an external vacuum source or using a boost/vacuum tap may be necessary based on engine configuration.
Space Requirement: Only 12.5" of straight tubing and approximately 9" of width needed for installation, with flared ends for an easier fit.
DIY Installation: Can be installed in your driveway using basic tools like our Schwaben hand-held exhaust pipe cutter (ES3106581).
