This GM cam gear is used in many 2000-06 trucks and earlier LS2 engines. This cam gear is also used in the LS2 conversion packages when installing a gen 4 engine into a vehicle that was originally equipped with a gen 3 engine. This gear mounts to the camshaft via 3 three bolts and has the 1X reluctor (1 raised portion for cam position sensor to read).
You will also need ARP cam bolts (P/N 46-134-1003)!
