Hooker BlackHeart Clamshell Engine Mounts and Polyurethane Engine Mount Inserts are now available for GM LS and Gen 5 LT engines. These clamshell housings are a two piece, bolt together design featuring heavy-duty 11 gauge steel construction with a durable powder coated finish.
Features:
- Clamshell uses Hooker BlackHeart LS/LT 4th Gen F-Body style Poly Inserts to place engine crank centerline and transmission mounting plane in the same position as a stock LS engine
- Works with all Holley LS swap kits that utilize 4th Gen F-Body mounts, allowing installation of a Gen 5 LT engine into a Holley LS swapped vehicle while maintaining the same transmission position and crossmember (Will require new headers)
- Heavy duty 11 gauge steel construction with reinforcement ribs for strength and durability
- Two piece bolt together design (Hardware kit included)
- Durable powder coated finish
