Huron Speed V4 T6 Hot-side Only Turbo Piping for 99-13 GMC/Chevy 1500

*Fits 2wd, 4wd, AWD!

*NOTE: Hot-side Piping Only. 99-02 Trucks will require some minor modifications to downpipe for fitment around the frame.

*All kits now come with the updated Downpipe using the double-lined flex on the recirculation to improve ease of install and cure all alignment!

New updates to the T6 kit:

*Updated crossover. This is a 2-piece design featuring a new design double-slip connection. This style of connection allows expanding and contracting without leaking allowing for some movement as well as a very easy installation and alignment to the manifolds. Not to mention improved ground clearance and no worries of a flex section failure.

*New manifold design with greatly improved wastegate flow. For the larger T6 turbos, they require a lot more wastegate flow to control the larger turbo, so Huron Speed stepped up Huron Speed's game and greatly increased the wastegate tube size into a huge Turbosmart Power-gate 60 flange, the highest flowing 60mm gate currently on the market.

*New DP, yes it recirculates! Huron Speed's previous version of the T6 setup had a basic dump tube for the dp and the wastegate, not ideal for most. Now Huron Speed have a full 4" dp fitting through the frame and body with dual O2 bung locations. Huron Speed also recirculate the huge 60mm wastegate with double lined Flex connection here for super easy install as well as leak free movement available! Huron Speed include a 2nd piece connection tube to the main downpipe to get the exhaust under the car, and Huron Speed include a version to fit both classic body styles as well as the newer 07.5-13 bodies. Lastly Huron Speed also include a 4" v-band flange so you can bolt to the end of Huron Speed's downpipe to add on additional exhaust if you desire without having to modify any tubing, just add on!

V4 T6 Hotside Kit Components:

-Stainless .120 wall Passenger T6 turbo log and Stainless drivers side manifolds w/ interlocking V-band flanges

-New improved Stainless crossover with double-slip connection for easier install and alignment of interlocking V-band flanges

-4" Stainless dp with 60mm wastegate recirculation and bung for wideband O2 sensor, 2nd piece 4" downpipe to route exhaust down and under the truck. Ends with a V-band (supplied) for easy hook up to more exhaust if you desire.

-All required V-band Clamps

-Included roll of heat wrap

-Included T6 turbo blanket

Features & Benefits of the Huron Speed Truck V4 Intercooled turbo kit:

*Extra thick .120 wall stainless steel turbo manifold will have no issues holding up to the high heat and weight of the turbocharger. Worries about cracking manifolds is a thing of the past!

*Wastegate port is in the line of flow at the front of the manifold which will collect exhaust gasses from the entire system (both banks) as well as using a larger 60mm Turbosmart Powergate flange to control boost. No need to worry about boost creep issues!

*Wastegate tube features a double-slip in line for an easy install and alignment of the wastegate recirc. with the dp for the recirculating WG discharge!

*No flex is used in the crossover pipe for worry of blowing. Added double slip to allow easy alignment, seal, and connection to the manifolds.

*Recirculating the WG Discharge into the downpipe is a STANDARD feature!

*Bungs for Primary O2 Sensors AND for a wideband O2 with plug is a STANDARD feature!

*System as a whole was made to provide a clean looking install, using great materials, built to make for an easy install without having to fight aligning pipes together along with easy to install v-band clamps. Boost control with a proper wastegate placement was high on the list to prevent boost creep.
