Pedders '04-'06 Pontiac GTO Inner Tie Rod ( Suits Non-KYB Racks)

Pedders tie rod ends are manufactured to exacting dimensions and quality equaling or exceeding Original Equipment Manufacturer(O.E.M) specifications.

A tie rod end is an encapsulated ball joint connecting the tie rod or rack to the steering arm allowing for the transmission of lateral movement to be transferred to the wheels for the purpose of steering the vehicle.

For vehicles with coarse threaded tie rod ends:

• Non KYB Rack Only - 16mm x 2.0 Threads
  
  

Fitment Notes
Before installing PRE1203, the thread on the rack shaft will require cleaning with a 14 x 1.5 intermediate tap. Otherwise, the new rack end will not screw in. Fitting PRE1203 without cleaning the thread may damage the new component.

Warning: Factory Tie Rod is pinned and may damage the rack shaft and/or the rack end.
