Point One 12pt Head Stud Kit - 04+ LS

Point One head studs for 2004+ LS engines are 190,000psi nominal tensil strength, and made from 8740 alloy steel from US mills. All fasteners are individually racked and heat treated in vacuum furnaces under the supervision of Point One's full time metallurgist. Every thread is straightened and centerless ground for exceptional concentricity. Threads are rolled after heat treatment to provide optimal strength. Every fastener is made, start to finish, in Point One's state of the art facility in Rogersville, Missouri. Fasteners are packaged in vacuum bags with external threads protected in a retail box. Dense foam protection is used to safeguard delivery.
