PRC LS7 265cc 7.0L CNC Head Porting

The Precision Race Components LS7 CNC 265cc Porting Service is designed for customer-supplied LS7 cylinder heads and includes CNC porting, precision valve work, guide replacement, and complete assembly. Extensive CNC development and flow testing provide increased airflow while retaining the customer's existing LS7 castings.

Flow testing shows improvements of up to 35 CFM over the tested stock GM LS7 cylinder head, with the PRC 265cc intake port reaching 393 CFM at .700" lift.

SERVICE INCLUDES

• CNC Porting: CNC-ported intake and exhaust ports
• CNC Valve Job: Precision-machined valve seats
• CHE Bronze Valve Guides: Replaces the factory valve guides
• Factory 2.200" Titanium Intake Valves: Existing valves can be reused when replacement valves are not selected
• New 1.610" Stainless Steel Exhaust Valves
• Optional TSP Spring Kit: Available with PAC valve springs and titanium retainers
• Heads are cleaned, CNC ported, and completely assembled
• Optional milling available

Flow testing performed using a 4.125" bore plate on a SuperFlow 600.

• Customer-Supplied Heads Only: Cylinder head castings are not included with this service.
• Shipping Preparation: Remove all cylinder head accessories, including spark plugs, coolant plugs, steam-port blocks, and other removable components before shipping.
• Texas Speed & Performance is not responsible for loose or removable parts left attached to the cylinder heads.

Note: Existing factory titanium intake valves are reused unless replacement valves are selected. Final service configuration depends on the options selected when ordering.
