Product Overview
Upgrade your Mopar A-Body by converting your front suspension from torsion bars to QA1’s front coil-over system. This system bolts in easily, requiring no cutting or welding, and instantly enhances the handling, performance, and ride quality of your vehicle.
QA1 Mopar Coil-over Conversion System Features

Drag Configuration
Features rod ends on both upper and lower control arms to reduce deflection and improve weight transfer. This configuration offers a 0-2" adjustable drop and is designed for increased rear grip during hard launches.
Handling Configuration
Includes poly bushings on the lower control arms for improved cornering and reduced noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH). A heavier spring rate offers more stability, with 0-2" or 2-4" drop options available.

QA1 systems are proudly made in Lakeville, Minnesota, and come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty on shocks.
Fitment Notes
- Single-adjustable shocks are ideal for cars used mainly on the street
- Double-adjustable coil-overs are recommended for drag racing, autocross, or road racing
- Gen 3 Hemi power steering pumps require a pressure reducer and power steering cooler
- This kit is not compatible with other QA1 tubular products designed for torsion bar suspensions
- Kits with a 2-4" drop require 18" or larger wheels and at least 12" disc brakes
