QA1 designs its tubular sway bars specific to each vehicle application, tuning the diameter and tubing wall thickness to generate the torsional stiffness needed for a superior ride and level of control. The front sway bar is manufactured from 1 1/4", hollow (3/16” wall) 4130 chromoly steel for a lightweight yet stiff solution, while the rear bar is built using 1" 4130 chromoly steel for superior stiffness and strength. Additionally, QA1 sway bars feature a compact design engineered specifically for your vehicle application, optimizing space and ground clearance.

QA1 sway bars feature CNC-bent tubing, machined and welded bar ends, and are finished off with a durable powder-coat finish, giving it a premium, custom look under your vehicle. All QA1 sway bars include polyurethane bushings and high-quality plated mounting hardware to replace old and worn-out bushings and end links where applicable.
