These K-members offer increased header clearance and improved Ackerman, anti-dive, and roll center geometry, especially on lowered vehicles. Additionally, modular engine mounts simplify engine swaps, including Coyote swaps.

QA1's bolt-on Mustang K-members are constructed from high-strength, low-alloy (HSLA) steel, resulting in a design that is 50% lighter than a stock crossmember. This material allows for maximum strength and rigidity while minimizing weight. With engine mounts installed, the entire K-member assembly weighs in at a mere 23 pounds, dramatically reducing overall vehicle weight and enhancing performance.
