The Texas Speed & Performance Darton Sleeved Gen 4 Long-Block starts with a NEW Gen 4 aluminum block resleeved with Darton dry sleeves, fully machined and assembled in-house. Choose a 4.10" or 4.125" stroke crankshaft with 24X or 58X reluctor, and your preferred Wiseco 2618 forged piston bore size (4.005"–4.185"). For power-adder builds, we recommend keeping bore to 4.125" or smaller.

  • Complete gaskets/bolts/seals package (lifter trays, retainer plate, timing cover, valley cover, oil pump O-ring, balancer bolt, oil pan gasket, water pump gaskets, rear main seal, front crank seal, dowel pins, and more)

Important Notes:

  • For significant boost/nitrous (over 12 psi or a 200 HP shot), consider a 4.00" stroke build for a thicker piston crown
  • Dry-sump crank option available for 2006+ Corvette Z06 / Grand Sport / ZR1 installs (dry-sump-specific oil pump and hardware included)
  • Optional upgrade to 1/2" ARP head studs (includes machining)

CID reference: 4.185" x 4.125" = 454 CID (other bore/stroke combinations available).

Note: Turn-key options (oil pan, intake, throttle body, etc.) and additional upgrades are available. Verify head/intake style and dry-sump requirements prior to ordering.
