Performance & Compatibility
This camshaft delivers a pronounced lope at idle and requires a higher stall speed torque converter for automatic transmissions. It does not support factory AFM/DOD or VVT, so a DOD/AFM delete kit is required. Designed for the Gen V 6.2L LT1, LT4, and L86 engines, this camshaft is built to maximize horsepower and torque across the powerband without compromising reliability. Recommended supporting mods include the TSP .660" dual spring kit with PAC springs and titanium retainers, and TSP hardened chromoly pushrods.
Tested. Proven. Reliable.
All TSP LT1 camshafts, including this Stage 1 model, were developed and tested on a SuperFlow 902 engine dyno using a stock 6.2L LT1 engine. This rigorous development process ensures the best possible power curve while maintaining safe piston-to-valve clearances and long-term durability.
