Why Delete VVT?

VVT works well for stock engines, but becomes less effective with larger camshafts and can create instability in high-performance builds. In boosted applications, VVT can force unwanted cam timing changes under load, reducing performance. A fixed 3-bolt setup provides consistent timing, improved durability, and better overall power delivery.

Important Notes

  • Requires a 3-bolt camshaft – Factory single-bolt VVT cams are NOT compatible
  • This system is designed as a matched setup with TSP 3-bolt camshaft configurations
  • Incorrect cam/gear combinations will result in improper cam timing
  • Recommended to pair with a TSP DOD/AFM Delete Kit (sold separately)
