TSP LT2 Lifter Valley Vents
TEXAS SPEED & PERFORMANCE
TSP LT2 Lifter Valley Vents
The TSP LT2 Lifter Valley Vents are designed to improve crankcase ventilation and oil drain back in LT2 engine blocks, especially in stroker and boosted combinations where crankcase pressure is higher than stock.
These tubes allow better ventilation of crankcase pressure up through the valley while also improving oil drain back to the lower crankcase. The factory drain backs are small, which can lead to uneven air replacement between the valley and crankcase. This can show up as pressure “gulping” and intermittent oil flow as pressure equalizes. The vent tubes allow both air and oil to move more freely from the upper valley to the lower crankcase.
Key Features:
- Improves crankcase ventilation through the valley
- Enhances oil drain back from the valley to the crankcase
- Helps prevent pressure “gulping” and oil accumulation in the valley
- Recommended for stroker and boosted LT2 applications
- Helps reduce the chance of oil entering the PCV system
- Requires machining on the block for installation
Installation Notes:
- Requires drilling and tapping NPT holes through the valley into the crankcase just above the cam tunnel
- Professional machining is strongly recommended
Fitment:
- Confirmed to fit with LT2 block
- Works with LT2 valley covers
- Works with LT2 PCV baffling
- Works with LT2 DOD plugs
Note: This product requires permanent machining to the LT2 engine block and is intended for performance applications that need increased crankcase ventilation.
