TSP Gen 5 LT Low-Lift Camshaft Package

The Texas Speed & Performance Gen 5 LT Low-Lift Camshaft Package is designed around TSP LT low-lift camshafts, providing horsepower and torque gains without requiring the additional lift and valvetrain modifications associated with more aggressive camshaft packages. The package combines your choice of TSP LT low-lift camshaft with PAC ovate beehive valve springs, a phaser installation tool, and a 0-degree phaser lockout. Customers can also optionally add an HP Tuners MPVI4 for tuning support.

Engine-Dyno-Tested Performance

• L83 Stage 1 - 212/224: +54 HP and +25 lb.-ft.
• L83 Stage 2 - 218/230: +66 HP and +24 lb.-ft.
• LT Chopacabra, 5.3L: +58 HP and +22 lb.-ft.
• LT Chopacabra, 6.2L: +59 HP and +12 lb.-ft.

Pushrod & Valvetrain Requirements

• Factory retainers, locks, spring seats, valve seals, and pushrods may be reused when compatible with the completed valvetrain combination.
• Pushrod length and lifter preload must always be physically verified during installation.
• Changing lifters during the DOD delete may require a different pushrod length due to differences in lifter height and preload requirements.

Important Notes

• A DOD delete is required.
• ECU tuning is required for all aftermarket camshaft installations.
• Maximum recommended camshaft lift with the included PAC-TVS-2645-16 springs is .582".
• Verify valve spring installed height and coil-bind clearance during assembly.
• Horsepower and torque gains will vary based on engine combination, supporting modifications, tuning, and test conditions.

Note: Verify pushrod length, lifter preload, valve spring clearances, DOD-delete requirements, and tuning requirements for your specific application before installation. The HP Tuners MPVI4 is available as an optional addition to the package.
