UPR Extreme Series Adjustable Race Lower Control Arms have set the standard for race lower control arms since 1998. Built for serious street, drag race, and high-performance applications, these control arms provide the strength, adjustability, and durability needed to improve rear suspension performance and put power to the ground.

Each control arm is constructed from .083-wall 4130 chrome moly tubing that is CNC machined and TIG welded in billet steel fixtures for a precise fit every time. High-strength chrome moly rod ends are self-sealing, self-lubricating, and Teflon lined for smooth articulation and dependable performance.

Stainless steel sleeves and heavy-duty Grade 8 mounting hardware provide a strong, precise connection to the chassis and rear axle. The adjustable design allows suspension setup changes for demanding race applications while eliminating unwanted movement associated with factory-style components.

Installs in approximately 1.5 to 2 hours with basic hand tools. Installation requires removal of the rear sway bar and drilling the rear axle and body-side mounting locations to the appropriate size. Factory mounting holes are approximately .474" (12mm) on 1979-1998 vehicles and .548" (14mm) on 1999-2004 vehicles. Opening these mounting locations helps clean up deformation from years of use and eliminates unwanted play at the mounting bolts.
