UPR Products 03-04 BILLET COBRA Extreme Tensioner 90mm Double

The UPR Billet Aluminum Auxiliary Snub Idler and 90mm Ultra Light Idler Pulley upgrade for the 2003-2004 Mustang Cobra is designed to increase belt tension and improve belt wrap around the supercharger pulley. The additional tension and belt wrap help reduce belt slip in high-performance supercharged applications.

The 90mm billet aluminum pulley features a hardcoat anodized finish to help prevent premature belt wear and is manufactured with tighter bearing tolerances. A double-row bearing provides increased angular load capacity and improved durability for demanding supercharger applications.

Machined from billet aluminum for strength, durability, and a clean appearance, the tensioner assembly also utilizes high-quality double-sealed bearings. The pulley is hardcoat anodized for increased service life.

Installs in 10 minutes or less.
