UPR Patented Multi-Chamber Catch Can System

The UPR Pro Series Catch Can Kit is designed specifically for 2021–2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 6.4L applications, providing an effective solution to prevent oil contamination in the intake system caused by engine blow-by. Oil vapor from the crankcase is routed back into the intake through the factory PCV system, allowing oil and debris to enter the air stream.

Over time, this contamination can lead to reduced fuel octane and increased risk of detonation—especially in high-performance or forced induction applications. This system captures oil vapor before it reaches the intake, helping maintain proper combustion efficiency and engine performance.

UPR’s patented multi-stage, multi-chamber design delivers superior oil separation by efficiently coalescing and condensing oil, fuel vapor, and moisture.
