UPR 19-25 Chevrolet / GMC 2500HD Truck 6.6L Gas Single Valve Oil Catch Can

Protect the 6.6L gasoline engine in your Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD or GMC Sierra 2500HD with the UPR Pro Series Single Valve Plug N Play™ Oil Catch Can. Designed specifically for hardworking GM HD trucks, this system helps capture oil vapor and contaminants from the PCV system before they can enter the intake tract.

UPR's exclusive 4-chamber oil separation design is engineered to separate and collect oil vapor from crankcase gases. With a substantial 12-ounce capacity in a compact 2.5" x 6" billet housing, the system provides plenty of containment without taking up unnecessary space in the engine bay.

The catch can uses UPR Plug N Play™ fittings at all catch can connections for a clean installation and straightforward servicing. Forged catch can fittings, 3/8" oil-resistant braided hose, and high-quality hardware provide a durable system suitable for the demands placed on heavy-duty trucks.

Manufactured from domestic T-6 6061 billet aluminum and precision machined with high-quality tooling, the catch can combines strength and durability with a show-quality appearance. The black anodized finish provides a clean, performance-oriented look under the hood.

Optional Clean Side Catch Can:

For additional protection, the system can be upgraded with UPR's Clean Side Catch Can. Adding the clean-side can creates a dual catch can configuration that protects both the PCV side and crankcase ventilation side of the engine.

This additional protection can be especially useful for HD trucks subjected to towing, hauling, extended operation, or other demanding driving conditions. The optional system can be selected when configuring the catch can kit.

Installation typically takes approximately 30-45 minutes. The UPR Pro Series system ships ready to install even when no optional upgrades are selected.
