Give your 2019-2025 GM 5.3L truck or SUV comprehensive PCV system protection with the UPR Dual Valve Plug N Play™ Oil Catch Can with Clean Side Separator. Designed for Chevrolet Silverado, Tahoe and Suburban as well as GMC Sierra and Yukon applications, this system helps capture oil vapor and contaminants before they can enter the intake tract.

UPR's dual-valve configuration is designed to provide effective crankcase evacuation across a wide range of operating conditions. During idle and lower-speed driving, the system takes advantage of higher intake manifold vacuum. Under wide-open throttle, when manifold vacuum decreases, the additional WOT hose provides another evacuation path through the air intake tube. This is especially useful during demanding conditions such as towing, hauling heavy loads, or extended acceleration.

The catch can features UPR's exclusive multi-stage, 4-chamber separation design to capture oil vapor before it reaches the intake system. Its large 12-ounce capacity provides substantial oil containment while maintaining a compact 6" x 3" package.

Clean Side Separator Protection:

Included with the system is UPR's Clean Side Separator (CSS) with multi-stage filtration. The CSS provides additional protection for the clean side of the PCV system and is especially beneficial on modified, supercharged, or turbocharged applications where increased crankcase pressure can push oil mist through the valve cover ventilation system.

The Clean Side Separator allows clean air to enter the crankcase as intended while helping capture oil and contaminants when crankcase pressure increases. This helps prevent unwanted oil residue from reaching the cold air intake and throttle body. Once normal operating conditions resume, captured oil mist can return toward the crankcase.

UPR's Plug N Play™ quick-release fittings are used at the catch can and separator connections for a clean installation and easy servicing. The kit includes 5/8" oil-resistant braided hose, billet hose ends, two high-flow billet check valves, an adjustable mounting bracket, and the required billet fittings and connectors.

Manufactured from domestic T-6 6061 billet aluminum, the system combines durability with a show-quality appearance. It is available in Satin or Black finishes and can be configured for either the factory air intake or an aftermarket cold air intake with longer hose lengths.

Installation typically takes approximately 30-45 minutes, and the UPR Pro Series kit ships ready to install.
