Overview

The Whipple Gen 6 3.0L Stage 1R Supercharger Kit delivers the next step in performance for the 2024-2026 Ford F-150 5.0L. Building on the proven Stage 1 package, the Stage 1R adds increased fueling capacity through Whipple-supplied 55 lb Bosch fuel injectors while retaining the factory 87mm throttle body. The result is a package capable of producing up to 795 horsepower and 685 lb-ft of torque on 93-octane fuel while maintaining the drivability, reliability, and refinement expected from a Whipple system.

At the heart of the package is the Whipple Gen 6 W185AX 3.0L twin-screw supercharger. The front-feed inverted design positions the supercharger in the engine valley while maximizing room for a large intercooler package and highly efficient airflow path. Combined with the oversized Crusher™ 150mm inlet, the system delivers exceptional airflow capacity and instant throttle response throughout the RPM range.

The Stage 1R package is designed for customers who want more power than the standard Stage 1 system without stepping into a larger aftermarket throttle body configuration. The included 55 lb Bosch injectors provide additional fueling headroom while maintaining excellent street manners, towing capability, and everyday drivability.

Whipple's patented dual-pass, dual-core intercooler system helps maintain lower intake air temperatures and repeatable performance under demanding conditions. A massive heat exchanger and high-flow intercooler pump further improve thermal management, helping the truck maintain consistent performance whether towing, daily driving, or making repeated wide-open-throttle pulls.

The included Whipple Tomahawk OBDII flash tool provides calibration loading, diagnostic code reading and clearing, and support for wheel, tire, and axle ratio adjustments. Designed specifically for Ford's latest OTA-style PCM architecture and 10-speed transmission strategy, the Whipple calibration retains factory functionality while delivering exceptional performance.
