The Whipple Gen 6 3.0L Supercharger Kit delivers substantial horsepower and torque gains for the 2015-2017 Dodge Challenger and Charger 6.4L HEMI while maintaining the drivability, reliability, and emissions compliance expected from a premium Whipple system. Built around Whipple's latest twin-screw technology, this complete package provides instant boost response, exceptional low-end torque, and repeatable performance in a fully engineered 50-state legal package.
At the heart of the system is the Whipple Gen 6 3.0L twin-screw supercharger featuring an integrated Crusherâ„¢ 112mm inlet. Designed to maximize airflow and efficiency, the Gen 6 delivers immediate throttle response and strong power throughout the RPM range. On 93-octane fuel, the system is rated for up to 710 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque, transforming the 6.4L HEMI into a significantly more capable street and strip combination.
Whipple's patented dual-pass intercooler system helps maintain consistent performance by controlling charge-air temperatures during aggressive driving conditions. Massive bar-and-plate intercooler cores work alongside the included intercooler pump to improve cooling efficiency, reduce heat soak, and support repeatable power output whether on the street or at the track.
The package includes the supporting fuel system components required to match the increased airflow capability of the supercharger. Hellcat high-flow fuel injectors and billet fuel rails are included to support the system's power potential, while the integrated Crusherâ„¢ inlet provides the airflow capacity expected from a Whipple 6.4L upgrade.
For 2015 and newer applications, the included HP Tuners RTD flash tool is used in conjunction with Whipple's calibration process. The workflow includes reading the factory calibration, submitting the file to Whipple, receiving the updated calibration, and flashing the vehicle. A PCM unlock service is required before flashing on applicable vehicles.
