The Whipple Gen 6 3.0L Stage 2 Supercharger Upgrade Kit is designed for Ram TRX owners looking for increased airflow, improved charge-air cooling, and significantly more performance potential than the factory supercharger can provide. Built around Whipple's newest Gen 6 twin-screw technology, this complete package combines a larger, more efficient supercharger with upgraded inlet and fuel system components to support serious horsepower goals while maintaining 50-state emissions compliance.

At the center of the system is Whipple's Gen 6 3.0L twin-screw supercharger. Compared to smaller factory-style superchargers, the Gen 6 offers substantially greater airflow capacity and power potential. Whipple rates the system with over 300 horsepower of additional airflow capacity compared to the Hellaphant 3.0L supercharger and over 500 horsepower of additional airflow capacity compared to the factory Hellcat 2.4L supercharger, providing exceptional headroom for future performance upgrades.

The Stage 2 package takes airflow even further by including a billet 112mm Whipple throttle body and billet -8AN fuel rails. Combined with the TRX-specific S&B ram air intake system, featuring a massive high-flow filter, oversized intake tube, enlarged intake scoop, and dual ram air hood connections, the Stage 2 system is designed to maximize airflow from the air filter all the way to the intake manifold.

Whipple's patented dual-pass, dual-core intercooler system helps maintain consistent charge-air temperatures during demanding driving conditions. The oversized intercooler design utilizes dual 2-inch cores with a total of 4 inches of cooling thickness and dual in, dual out coolant flow to improve heat rejection and support repeatable performance.

Every kit includes HP Tuners RTD hardware, security bypass components, PCM upgrade support, and Whipple calibration. For 2019 and newer Ram applications, the calibration process utilizes the vehicle's original PCM to maintain proper CAN network communication while providing a clean and reliable tuning solution.
