The CSF Heavy-Duty All-Aluminum Radiator features an upgraded 2-row, 42mm aluminum core designed to increase radiator fluid capacity and improve heat dissipation. CSF's Exclusive B-Tube Technology increases heat transfer by approximately 15% compared to regular oval welded tubes, while ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core.

Compared to the factory radiator, the CSF design provides 30-90% larger core volume depending on the factory configuration. The radiator uses 100% TIG-welded aluminum construction and core straps for additional strength and rigidity in demanding conditions.

Modular Design:

The radiator includes modular fittings to support multiple factory configurations. Two fittings are provided for the lower radiator connection, allowing the appropriate fitting to be matched to the vehicle. Two plugs and barb fittings are also provided for the different reservoir designs.
