FEAL SUSPENSION
Feal Coilovers 2004-2007 Cadillac CTS-V
Transform the handling, traction, and ride quality of your 2004-2007 Cadillac CTS-V with a Feal Suspension Coilover Kit. Developed using experience gained from top-level international motorsports and years of professional shock tuning, each system is engineered to deliver predictable chassis control, responsive handling, and application-specific performance for street driving, road racing, drifting, or drag racing.
Feal offers several damping configurations ranging from simple single-adjustable dampers to advanced three-way adjustable systems with remote reservoirs. Each kit can be configured around the intended use of the vehicle, allowing the spring rates and shock valving to be optimized for comfort, street performance, competition tires, or straight-line traction. Standard kits provide approximately 1 to 2 inches of lowering capability.
Default Spring Rates
- 441 / 441+: 12k front and 14k rear.
- True rear coilover configuration: 12k front and 6k rear.
Damping Options
- 441: Single adjustment knob controls rebound and compression together. Provides simple tuning of overall firmness, body roll, and brake dive.
- 441.5: One-way adjustable front dampers with two-way adjustable rear dampers and remote reservoirs. Designed as a cost-effective solution for drifting and drag racing, with independent rear compression adjustment for tuning traction, squat, forward bite, side bite, and bottoming resistance.
- 442: Two-way adjustable front and rear dampers with remote reservoirs. Rebound and compression are adjusted independently, allowing precise control of weight transfer, chassis roll, traction, and suspension movement.
- 443: Three-way adjustable front and rear dampers with remote reservoirs. Provides separate adjustments for rebound, low-speed compression, and high-speed compression for maximum chassis and wheel control.
Available Driving Configurations
- Balance of Comfort and Performance: A versatile setup for spirited street driving, occasional track use, and comfortable daily operation.
- GT Comfort: A comfort-oriented configuration with slightly increased firmness over stock, additional spring and shock travel, and improved compliance. Allows up to approximately 1 inch of lowering or 1 inch of lift.
- Road Racing with Street Tires: Firmer spring rates and shock valving for road-course use with tires rated at 200 UTQG or higher.
- Road Racing with Racing Slicks: Significantly firmer spring rates and valving for competition tires rated below 200 UTQG.
- Drag Racing: Optimized spring rates and damping for controlled front-to-rear weight transfer and maximum straight-line traction.
