The IC Chiller Intercooler Chiller System is designed to dramatically reduce intake air temperatures by utilizing the vehicle’s factory air conditioning system to further cool the intercooler coolant. Lower intake temperatures help improve consistency, reduce heat soak, and maximize performance during both street driving and drag racing applications.

Unlike many universal systems, the IC Chiller kit is engineered as a true bolt-on solution and does not require cutting or splicing into the factory A/C system. Operating Modes

The IC Chiller system utilizes a solenoid valve on the refrigerant liquid line to provide two selectable operating modes:

Chiller + Cabin Mode – Maintains normal cabin air conditioning while simultaneously cooling the intercooler system.
Drag Mode – Activated via rocker switch to divert refrigerant away from the cabin evaporator and prioritize maximum cooling directly to the intercooler system.

How It Works

The IC Chiller uses the vehicle’s air conditioning refrigerant to remove additional heat from the intercooler coolant before it cycles back through the supercharger intercooler bricks. Cooler intercooler fluid temperatures help reduce the temperature of the compressed intake charge entering the engine, improving air density and overall performance consistency.
