The IC Chiller Interchiller System for Dodge Hellcat applications is designed to dramatically reduce intake air temperatures by utilizing the vehicle’s factory air conditioning system to further cool the intercooler coolant. Lower intake temperatures help reduce heat soak, improve consistency, and maximize performance during both street driving and drag racing applications.

Designed as a true bolt-on solution, this Flex Kit includes both A/C lines along with pre-assembled hoses, fittings, and clamps to simplify installation without cutting or splicing into the factory A/C system.

Operating Modes

The IC Chiller system uses a solenoid valve on the refrigerant liquid line to provide two selectable operating modes:

Chiller + Cabin Mode – Allows the cabin air conditioning and intercooler chiller system to operate simultaneously.
Drag Mode – Activated using the included rocker switch to divert refrigerant away from the cabin evaporator and prioritize maximum cooling directly to the intercooler system.

How It Works

The IC Chiller system uses the vehicle’s air conditioning refrigerant to remove additional heat from the intercooler coolant before it cycles back through the supercharger intercooler bricks. Cooler intercooler fluid temperatures help reduce the temperature of the compressed intake charge entering the engine, improving air density and overall performance consistency.
