The IC Chiller Intercooler Chiller System for the Dodge Redeye platform is designed to dramatically reduce intake air temperatures by utilizing the vehicle’s factory air conditioning system to further cool the intercooler coolant. Lower intake temperatures help improve consistency, reduce heat soak, and maximize performance during both street driving and drag racing applications.

Designed as a true plug-and-play solution, the IC Chiller kit includes the major components and hardware required to simplify DIY or custom installation while maintaining excellent drivability and cabin comfort during normal street use.

Operating Modes

Chiller + Cabin Mode – Allows normal cabin air conditioning while simultaneously cooling the intercooler system.
Drag Mode – Activated via rocker switch to divert refrigerant away from the cabin evaporator and prioritize maximum cooling directly to the intercooler system.

How It Works

The IC Chiller system uses the vehicle’s air conditioning refrigerant to remove additional heat from the intercooler coolant before it cycles back through the supercharger intercooler bricks. Cooler intercooler fluid temperatures help lower the temperature of the compressed intake charge entering the engine, increasing air density and improving overall performance consistency.

The following notes apply if optional add-ons are selected:

Challenger / Charger Front Bumper Auxiliary Tank:
Adds approximately 1.5 gallons of additional coolant capacity to the existing intercooler system. Includes two 12AN fittings and one 12AN cap.

Customer must source:
- 3/4" hose
- Hose clamps
- Insulation material
Aux Tank Front Bumper Support:
Factory crash bar is removed when using the auxiliary tank setup. This option includes replacement front bumper supports for both sides to properly support the bumper assembly.
