The IC Chiller Universal Race Intercooler Chiller System for Jeep SRT8 WK1 and WK2 platforms is designed to dramatically reduce intake air temperatures by utilizing the vehicle’s factory air conditioning system to further cool the intercooler coolant. Lower intake temperatures help reduce heat soak, improve consistency, and maximize performance during both street driving and drag racing applications.
Designed as one of the most complete and simplified systems available, this kit includes the components necessary to simplify DIY or custom installations, including the mounting bracket, drag valve with Deutsch connector, and wiring kit with Deutsch connectors for the drag valve and optional 3-way bypass valve.

Operating Modes
The IC Chiller system provides two selectable operating modes:
- Chiller + Cabin Mode – Allows the cabin air conditioning and intercooler chiller system to operate simultaneously.
- Drag Mode – Activated via rocker switch to divert refrigerant away from the cabin evaporator and prioritize maximum cooling directly to the intercooler system.
How It Works
The IC Chiller system uses the vehicle’s air conditioning refrigerant to remove additional heat from the intercooler coolant before it cycles back through the supercharger intercooler bricks. Cooler intercooler fluid temperatures help lower the temperature of the compressed intake charge entering the engine, increasing air density and improving overall performance consistency.
Optional Aux Tank Upgrade
Customers can optionally add the front bumper-mounted auxiliary tank to increase overall intercooler system fluid capacity for improved cooling consistency during aggressive street driving, drag racing, or extended high-performance use.
