The IC Chiller Intercooler Chiller System is designed to dramatically reduce intake air temperatures on supercharged Dodge and Chrysler platforms by utilizing the vehicle’s factory A/C system to further cool the intercooler coolant. Lower intake temperatures help improve consistency, reduce heat soak, and maximize performance during both street driving and drag racing.

Unlike traditional cooling upgrades, the IC Chiller integrates directly into the factory air conditioning system and allows you to continue enjoying cabin A/C while simultaneously cooling the intercooler system. With the flip of a switch, you can also activate Drag Mode, which diverts maximum cooling capacity directly to the intercooler system for racing applications.

Operating Modes

The IC Chiller system uses an integrated solenoid valve on the liquid refrigerant line to provide two selectable operating modes:

Chiller + Cabin Mode – Maintains normal cabin air conditioning while simultaneously cooling the intercooler system.
Drag Mode – Diverts refrigerant away from the cabin evaporator and prioritizes maximum cooling to the intercooler system for racing applications.

How It Works

Supercharger coolant is routed through the IC Chiller heat exchanger where the vehicle’s A/C refrigerant removes additional heat from the coolant before it cycles back through the intercooler bricks in the supercharger housing. Cooler coolant temperatures help reduce the temperature of the compressed intake charge entering the engine, improving overall performance consistency and power potential.
