The IC Chiller Intercooler Chiller System is designed to significantly reduce intake air temperatures on supercharged Dodge and Chrysler SRT8 platforms by utilizing the vehicle’s factory air conditioning system to further cool the intercooler coolant. Lower intake temperatures help reduce heat soak, improve consistency, and maximize performance during both street driving and drag racing.

This system integrates directly into the factory A/C system and allows you to continue using your cabin air conditioning while simultaneously cooling the intercooler system. For racing applications, the included drag mode allows the system to prioritize cooling directly to the intercooler for maximum performance.

Operating Modes

The IC Chiller system uses a solenoid valve integrated into the liquid refrigerant line to provide two different operating modes:

Chiller + Cabin Mode – Allows the cabin A/C and intercooler chiller system to operate simultaneously.
Drag Mode – Diverts refrigerant away from the cabin evaporator and prioritizes maximum cooling directly to the intercooler system.

How It Works

The IC Chiller uses the vehicle’s A/C refrigerant to remove additional heat from the supercharger coolant before it cycles back through the intercooler bricks inside the supercharger housing. Cooler coolant temperatures help reduce the temperature of the compressed intake charge entering the engine, increasing air density and improving overall performance consistency.
