Overview

The Whipple Gen 6 3.0L Supercharger Kit is engineered to deliver substantial horsepower and torque gains for the 2023-2024 Ram 1500 5.7L HEMI E-Torque platform while maintaining the drivability, reliability, and integration expected from a premium Whipple system. Designed specifically for E-Torque-equipped trucks, this complete package combines Whipple's latest twin-screw technology with the supporting hardware required for a clean, factory-style installation.

At the heart of the system is the Whipple Gen 6 3.0L twin-screw supercharger featuring an integrated Crusher™ 109mm inlet. The larger inlet design supports increased airflow while delivering the instant throttle response, broad torque curve, and low-RPM performance that make twin-screw superchargers ideal for street-driven trucks. On qualifying applications, the system is capable of producing gains of up to 220 rear-wheel horsepower, more than 160 lb-ft of rear-wheel torque at 4,000 RPM, and up to 50% more power compared to stock.

Whipple's oversized air-to-water intercooler system plays a major role in maintaining consistent performance. The large bar-and-plate intercooler core, oversized heat exchanger, and intercooler pump work together to control charge-air temperatures and support repeatable power under demanding conditions. Combined with Whipple's advanced bypass system and Gen 6 rotor technology, the result is exceptional drivability and strong pump-gas performance.

The kit includes the hardware needed to support the additional airflow and power, including Hellcat high-flow fuel injectors, billet fuel rails, an 8-rib belt drive system, plug-and-play wiring, PCM unlock support, security gateway bypass support, and HP Tuners MPVI3 calibration hardware. Dedicated E-Torque integration components are also included, allowing the system to function as a complete engineered package rather than a collection of aftermarket parts.
