Build a clean, strong custom rear coil-over setup with the UPR Products Universal Weld-In Rear Coil Over Shock Mount Kit. Designed for race cars and custom chassis applications, this complete mounting system allows coil-over shocks to be positioned inboard for increased tire clearance while providing a strong mounting structure for demanding performance applications.

The kit is designed around 3" diameter rear axle tubes, making it compatible with most fabricated 9-inch rear ends, select factory 9-inch housings, and applicable GM 10-bolt and 12-bolt rear axles. Laser-cut axle brackets provide the foundation for a precise weld-in installation.

A lightweight 36" long, 1-5/8" diameter Chrome Moly mounting tube provides the upper mounting structure. UPR also uses larger 1/2" Grade 8 shock bracket hardware rather than the smaller 3/8" hardware commonly found in other kits, providing a heavy-duty connection for the coil-over shocks.

By relocating the shocks inward, this kit can provide additional room for wider rear tire and wheel combinations. Installation is intended for custom fabrication applications and requires welding, with an estimated installation time of approximately 3-6 hours.
