Keep unwanted oil vapor and contaminants out of your HEMI's intake with the UPR Products Plug N Play™ Single Valve Oil Catch Can Separator. Designed for applicable 2005-2010 Dodge and Chrysler 5.7L and 6.1L HEMI applications, this Pro Series system combines UPR's patented multi-stage filtration technology with a compact, show-quality Satin Silver billet design.

The UPR catch can uses a multi-stage, multi-chamber oil separation system engineered to coalesce and condense oil vapor before it can travel back into the intake tract. Its increased oil containment chamber provides additional capacity while retaining a compact 2" x 6" overall catch can size.

UPR's exclusive Plug N Play™ push-button fittings make servicing the system quick and convenient. The catch can can be disconnected and emptied without removing the intake cover or completely removing the catch can lines. Its modular construction also allows the unit to be fully disassembled for cleaning and maintenance.

Rather than relying on cut and spliced factory hoses, the kit includes 1/2" oil-resistant braided hose, billet hose ends, billet fittings, and quick-release connectors. The catch can is CNC machined from domestic T-6 6061 aluminum bar stock and features a swivel-style adjustable mounting system with UPR's Z mounting bracket.

The complete Pro Series kit ships ready to install and can typically be installed in approximately 20-30 minutes.

Optional Replacement O-Rings:

Replacement O-rings are available for the catch can cup. Keeping spare O-rings on hand is recommended in case the original seal becomes worn, damaged, or lost during servicing.
