Protect the 5.0L Coyote in your 2021-2026 Ford F-150 with the UPR Plug N Play™ Single Valve Oil Catch Can. This battery-tray-mounted system provides a clean, vehicle-specific installation and is compatible with naturally aspirated trucks as well as select Whipple, Roush, and ProCharger supercharged applications.

UPR's patented multi-stage, multi-chamber oil separation technology is engineered to capture oil vapor and contaminants from crankcase gases before they can enter the intake tract. An innovative diffuser tube and chamber system promotes effective coalescing and condensing of oil vapor for improved PCV system protection.

The catch can features a compact 2.5" x 5" billet housing with 6-ounce capacity. Manufactured from high-quality billet aluminum and finished in black anodizing, the system is designed to deliver durability along with a clean, performance-oriented appearance.

UPR's Plug N Play™ push-button fittings simplify installation and maintenance. The catch can can be serviced without permanently modifying the factory PCV system, and the quick-release connections allow the complete assembly to be removed when necessary. Installation requires no drilling or cutting, allowing the truck to be returned to its factory configuration if desired.

The system uses 5/8" oil-resistant Continental braided hose and billet aluminum fittings rather than cut-and-spliced factory lines. Its modular construction also allows the catch can to be disassembled, emptied, and cleaned as needed.

Optional Clean Side Separator:

For additional PCV protection, the system can be upgraded with UPR's Clean Side Separator (CSS). The CSS installs using UPR Plug N Play™ fittings without permanent modifications and provides additional protection for the clean side of the crankcase ventilation system.

The Clean Side Separator is particularly useful on modified and boosted trucks. When crankcase pressure increases under boost, oil mist can be pushed through the driver-side valve cover ventilation circuit. The CSS allows clean air to enter the crankcase during normal operation while helping capture oil and contaminants when crankcase pressure rises. When normal operating conditions return, captured oil mist can drain back toward the crankcase.

Installation typically takes approximately 10-15 minutes, and the UPR Pro Series catch can ships ready to install.
