Convert your 1978-1988 GM G-Body to a lightweight manual brake system with the UPR Products Manual Brake Kit. Designed for racing and high-performance applications, this kit eliminates the bulky factory brake booster while freeing up valuable engine bay space and reducing weight. It includes a CNC-machined billet aluminum mounting plate, adjustable brake rod, mounting hardware, and your choice of a Strange Engineering dual inline master cylinder.

The billet mounting plate features a durable black anodized finish and positions the brake lines toward the fender for improved clearance. The included adjustable brake rod allows proper pedal setup, while the Strange Engineering master cylinder provides reliable braking performance for both front disc/rear drum and four-wheel disc brake combinations.

Notes

• Requires fabrication of new brake lines from the master cylinder to the existing brake system.
• Does not connect directly to the factory brake lines.
• Requires modification of the factory brake pedal to achieve the proper manual brake pedal ratio.
• Does not work with the factory brake light switch. Use Allstar Performance 76251 or equivalent.
• The billet adapter plate may require shims or washers to achieve the proper pushrod angle depending on your application.
